Two Routes, Two Cost Structures
There are two common ways to cover IT needs: employ a staff member in-house, or buy the service from a company as outsourced IT. The difference is not only price; continuity, breadth of expertise and risk change as well.
How Is the Price Set?
The price is set according to the scope of the quote. Once the items below are clear, we prepare a free quote tailored to your needs.
Cost Items of an In-House Employee
- Salary and benefits: Employer contributions and taxes come on top of the net salary.
- Equipment and training: Computer, software licences, certifications and training costs.
- Absence risk: Support stops during leave, illness or when the person leaves.
- One-person expertise: Deep knowledge of networking, security, servers and user support is expected from a single person.
What Drives the Price of Outsourced IT
- Number of users and devices: Scope grows with the computers, printers and network devices under maintenance.
- Server and network setup: Whether servers, firewalls, wireless networks and backup solutions are included.
- Response time: How fast a critical failure is answered.
- On-site or remote support: The frequency of regular visits and the share of work solved remotely.
- Security and backup: Regular backups, updates and security monitoring.
- Contract term: A monthly or yearly maintenance agreement.
When Does Each Make Sense?
If you do not have a constant, wide-ranging IT workload, or do not want to build an IT team, outsourcing usually offers a more predictable cost. For large organisations with many locations, special systems and a heavy full-time workload, in-house staff — often together with outside support — can be considered. Before deciding, work out the total yearly cost for both scenarios.
Have This Ready When Asking for a Quote
- Number of users and devices
- A summary of the server, network and security infrastructure
- The failures you often face and your expectations
- Locations that need on-site service
Example Scenarios
The scenarios below show how scope changes the price; the exact amount is set after a survey and quote.
A 10-person office
A few computers, a printer and a modem/router. The focus is remote support, regular maintenance visits and backup checks.
An SME with servers
A business with a file server, user accounts and a firewall. Domain Controller management, Veeam backups and update tracking are in scope.
A multi-site company
Links between branches, central user management and an on-site support plan for each location are needed; the expected response time clearly affects the price.
What's Included?
- Needs analysis and a free quote
- Remote and on-site support within the agreed scope
- Regular maintenance, updates and backup checks
- Reporting of incidents and work done
What Is Charged Separately?
- New hardware and software licence purchases
- Projects outside the scope (new cabling, relocation etc.)
- VAT
Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT; the Turkish lira equivalent is stated in the quote at the exchange rate on the quote date.
What to Check When Comparing Quotes
Looking only at the total can mislead. Put quotes from different companies side by side with these questions:
- Is the response time stated in writing?
- Are on-site visit frequency and remote support hours clear?
- Is backup only installed, or are restore tests done regularly?
- If you leave, are passwords, documents and admin access handed over in full?
How We Work
- Needs analysis and survey: We review the current situation on site or remotely and clarify the need together.
- Design and quote: A quote covering scope, equipment and timeline is prepared.
- Installation and testing: The system is installed as planned and tested before going live.
- Training: Managers and users learn how to use the system.
- Maintenance and support: Regular maintenance and intervention when needed keep the system up to date.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is a monthly agreement mandatory?
No. One-off interventions are possible too, but we recommend an agreement because regular maintenance reduces downtime risk.
Can you work alongside our IT staff?
Yes. We can take on specialist work such as servers, networking and security to lighten the load on your in-house staff.
What do you do when data is lost?
We restore from backup; if there is no backup, we attempt data recovery from the failed disk. That is why we recommend setting up regular backups such as Veeam first.
Which regions do you serve?
We provide same-day on-site or remote service across Türkiye and Northern Cyprus.
