Device, Software, or Both?

A PDKS investment consists of devices that record staff clock-in and clock-out, and software that turns those records into shifts, leave and timesheets. When asking for a price, count not only the device but also how the records will be reported.

Starting Price

Urasys prices for the Pera PDKS time and attendance system start at $350 + VAT (as of October 2026). The final amount is set by a quote prepared for your needs according to the items below; quotes are free of charge.

Items That Set the Price

  • Device type: Passing through with a card, fingerprint or face recognition.
  • Headcount and locations: How many people will clock in and from how many points.
  • Turnstile and camera integration: The need for physical access control and visual verification.
  • Software scope: Defining shift, leave, overtime and timesheet rules.
  • Reporting and payroll link: Preparing reports to your needs and transferring data to other systems.
  • Installation and training: Mounting the devices and training users.
  • Maintenance and support: Support after installation and possible device replacement.

The Setup Process

  1. Needs analysis: Identifying the work pattern, shifts and passage points.
  2. Design: Planning device types and positions and the software rules.
  3. Installation: Commissioning the device and software and transferring staff records.
  4. Training: Managers and staff learn how to use it.
  5. Support: Regular support once the system has settled.

When Asking for a Quote

  • Headcount and number of locations
  • A short summary of your shift and leave arrangements
  • Your preferred passage method (card, fingerprint, face) or whether you need advice on it
  • Whether turnstiles or cameras are needed

Example Scenarios

The scenarios below show how scope changes the price; the exact amount is set after a survey and quote.

Single-door office

One card/face terminal at the entrance and Pera PDKS software; in-out records flow into timesheets automatically. Pera PDKS starts at $350 + VAT.

Shift-based plant

Several entry points, shift and overtime rules, leave tracking and payroll export; the number of terminals and rule complexity set the price.

Multi-branch business

A terminal at each branch, all records collected in one central panel and branch-level reporting.

What's Included?

  • Pera PDKS software licence
  • Installing terminals and connecting them to the software
  • Defining shift, leave and overtime rules
  • Admin and user training

What Is Charged Separately?

  • Hardware such as terminals and cards (by quantity and model)
  • Out-of-scope cabling and turnstile/door work
  • Custom payroll integration development
  • VAT

Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT; the Turkish lira equivalent is stated in the quote at the exchange rate on the quote date.

What to Check When Comparing Quotes

Looking only at the total can mislead. Put quotes from different companies side by side with these questions:

  • Are the terminal model and identification method (card, fingerprint, face) stated?
  • Are shift, overtime and leave rules defined during setup?
  • How will data be transferred to your payroll software?
  • How are software updates and technical support provided?

Frequently Asked Questions

Can we use our existing terminals?

Compatible models can be connected; we check your devices during the survey.

Cards or face recognition?

Both work. Face recognition prevents card sharing; as it is personal data, we plan the KVKK notice and consent steps with you.

How do timesheets reach payroll?

By exporting reports or integrating with your payroll software.

Can staff see their own records?

Depending on permissions, staff can see their own in-out and leave records.
